Only if they feel manufactured. Real metrics tied to real value (time saved, dollars recovered, errors avoided) land. Vanity metrics like '100th login' don't.

Should I include a celebratory offer (discount, gift)?

Optional. The acknowledgment alone is often more meaningful than the gift. Add an offer if it fits the relationship; force one in and it cheapens the moment.
