No. Credentials go through your password manager or the vendor's own invite flow. Email-based credentials get archived, indexed, and screenshotted.

What about MFA setup?

Mention it in the account-created email and require it on first login. Optional MFA gets skipped; mandatory MFA is the only kind that protects you.
