Final Decision Nudge
Hi {{cursor}},
I wanted to check in on where things stand with [proposal/decision]. I know you have been evaluating this carefully, and I want to make sure you have everything you need to make the best decision for your team.
Is there anything I can clarify or any concerns I can address?
Best regardsUrgency Creator
Hi {{cursor}},
Quick heads up - I wanted to let you know that [offer/pricing/availability] is available through [date]. After that, [what changes].
I do not want you to miss out, especially since we have already identified such a strong fit for [Company].
Would you like to move forward before then?
BestSummary Before Close
Hi {{cursor}},
Before we finalize, I wanted to recap everything we have agreed on:
- Solution: [package/plan]
- Investment: [price]
- Timeline: [start date]
- Includes: [key deliverables]
- Next steps: [action items]
Does this accurately reflect our conversation? If so, I will send over the agreement.
Best regardsContract Sent
Hi {{cursor}},
Great news - I have attached the agreement based on everything we discussed. Here is a quick overview:
- Term: [length]
- Investment: [amount]
- Start date: [date]
- Key milestones: [milestones]
Please review at your convenience. If you have any questions or need adjustments, I am here to help. Looking forward to getting started.
Best regardsDecision Maker Alignment
Hi {{cursor}},
I understand that [Decision Maker] will need to sign off on this. Would it be helpful if I put together a brief executive summary highlighting:
- Business impact
- ROI projection
- Implementation timeline
- Risk mitigation
I can also join a call with them if that would help move things along.
BestWelcome Aboard

Here is what happens next:
1. You will receive a welcome email with login credentials
2. Your dedicated [CSM/Account Manager] will reach out within 24 hours

Best regardsThank You After Close
Hi {{cursor}},
I just wanted to send a quick personal note to say thank you for choosing [Company]. I know you had several options and I appreciate the trust you have placed in us.
I am personally invested in making sure this is a great experience for your team. Do not hesitate to reach out directly if you ever need anything.

BestReferral After Close
Hi {{cursor}},
Now that we are up and running, I have a small ask. If you know anyone in your network who might benefit from [solution], I would love an introduction.
We have a referral program that offers [incentive] for successful introductions. No pressure at all - just wanted to put it on your radar.
Thanks again for being a great partner.
BestWhen to use this template
- Verbal yes from the prospect, now you need the paperwork moving. Send the close email with everything procurement needs in one place.
- Final-stretch nudge when the contract has been sitting in their queue for a week. Light, single-action ask without sounding pushy.
- Discount or term negotiation closing the gap. State your final number clearly with the trade-off attached (e.g., annual prepay).
Customize for your workflow
- Include a specific countersign-by date. 'Sign by Friday to start Monday' converts better than 'whenever works'.
- If the deal involves multiple stakeholders, address them by role in the email body. Procurement, legal, and the buyer each have different blockers.
Common questions
Should I copy procurement on the close email?
Only if the buyer asked you to. Otherwise the buyer often wants to introduce you to procurement themselves. Forcing it can stall the deal.
Is offering a final discount on close manipulative?
Only if you've been offering 'final' discounts every week for a month. If it's the first time, framed as 'I can do this if you sign by X', it's normal closing motion.
