How often is too often for surveys?
Once per quarter for relationship NPS. Per-touchpoint CSAT for support is fine. More than that and respondents start ignoring.
Should I follow up with detractors personally?
Yes. A personal call from product or success after a low score has a 70%+ retention rate. Ignoring detractor responses guarantees churn.
