A token is a piece of a snippet that is worked out when it expands. This snippet has three kinds. Start with New. A fill-in token asks a question when the snippet fires. Two braces, fill, a colon, and the label of the question. A date token does arithmetic. Plus thirty days, then the format you want it written in. You do not have to remember the syntax. The Tokens toolbar has every one. The clipboard token lives under Keys. Under Text, two more worth knowing: a snippet inside another snippet, and a whole note. An abbreviation to fire it, a collection to keep it in, and Save. Now use it. The clipboard token will want a link, so copy one first. In the email, type the abbreviation. The fill-in tokens ask first, in a form with one field per question. The date token works itself out: today plus thirty, in the format you chose. And the clipboard token drops in the link you copied a minute ago. One abbreviation, and every changing part of the email is filled in.
