A chain runs several prompts in a row, from one shortcut. Each step gets the previous step's answer as its selection. The steps are Selection Prompts, so those come first. This one cleans up call notes in four moves. Start with New, and switch the type to Chain. Give it a title. This is the name you will see when it runs. Then the steps. Each one is a Selection Prompt you already have, picked from the list. The second step reads the first step's output as its selection. That is how the steps connect. Third, the actions become a checklist. And the last step translates. The English stays, the Japanese lands under it. Save, then give it a shortcut. Press Record, then the keys. Now run it. Here are the notes from a call, as they were typed. Select them, in any app, and press the chain's shortcut. Step one summarizes the mess. Step two pulls the actions out of that summary. Each step works on the last one's result. Step three turns them into boxes to tick. And step four adds the Japanese underneath, with the English left as it was. Four jobs, one keystroke, and every step is a prompt you can edit on its own.
