Notes anywhere
Press ⌘⌃3 from any application.
Each world has its own key: ⌘⌃1 for snippets, ⌘⌃2 for clips, ⌘⌃3 for notes. Or press ⌘⌃⇧N to land on Notes with a blank note already open. The switcher above the panel moves between all four tabs without closing and re-summoning.
Your notes appear over whatever you are working in, with a list on the left and a rendered preview on the right. Type to search.
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| ↑ ↓ | Move through the list |
| Enter | Paste the note into the app you came from |
| ⌘Enter or double-click | Open the note in TypeFire, on the note itself |
| ⌘⇧Enter | Copy without pasting |
| Esc | Close, and put focus back where it was |
In the Notes tab of Spotlight
Click any note to open it in TypeFire. Enter still pastes it into whatever you were typing in, and you can select and copy text straight out of the preview on the right.
